Answer:

You need to file a motion to modify your probation with the court and request a court date.  On the date of the hearing you will be able inform the judge what problems you are having with your conditions and see if there  is an alternative to your current conditions.

My son seen his lawyer and was offered 2 yrs . jail time saying they have pictures but my son hasn't seen them. Can he request to see the pictures and who reported the incidence legally.My sons PO didn't recommend for probation but he got it anyway . His po hung her head down and told him she would get him. His court was the 19th of June and she called him in on the 27th and arrested him because someone saw him and took pictures of him coming out of a grocery store with beer. They are making such of a big thing out of something so little. He is disable because of a (mental disorder)he is bipolar and doesn't understand a lot and I can not be there to help this time because he is in jail. I've tried to call his lawyer but he will not return my phone calls.

ANSWER:

Your son has a right to review all the discovery with his attorney. Some counties have open discovery policies and some have closed. 
If it's closed the your son can actually be transported to the court or to the district attorney's office to review the discovery at their designated location.

 New Orleans police have issued arrest warrants for former NFL star Darren Sharper and another man in connection with the alleged rapes of two women.

Sharper, 38, and Erik Nunez, 26, each face two counts of aggravated rape, the Orleans Parish district attorney's office said in a statement.

Sharper and Nunez face the possibility of life without parole if convicted.

CNN reached out to an attorney for Sharper and to Nunez, but neither immediately returned messages seeking comment.

Sharper has also been charged in California with two counts of rape by use of drugs and other charges, according to Los Angeles County prosecutors.

He pleaded not guilty last week.

"Mr. Sharper must stay in Los Angeles County," a judge said at a bail hearing.

Judge Renee Korn set Sharper's bail at $1 million and ordered him to stay away from venues that sold alcohol as a primary item.

Prosecutors in Louisiana said the two alleged rapes occurred on September 23 in a New Orleans apartment.

The alleged rapes in California occurred in October and last month, authorities said.

Prosecutors there said the five-time Pro Bowl player, who became an NFL Network analyst, is also under investigation in Arizona and Nevada.

Tempe, Arizona, police say they expect to file charges against Sharper soon.

"We have nothing yet. We anticipate filing charges very shortly and we are still waiting on a couple of results from the crime lab," said Sgt. Mike Pooley.

In addition, a Florida woman last month filed a sexual battery complaint in Miami Beach against Sharper relating to a 2012 incident, a police report said.

According to the report, the woman was with two friends at a Miami Beach club in September or October 2012 when she met Sharper. The woman, her friends and another person went to Sharper's condo, where the woman claims the battery took place.

Miami Beach police are investigating the case, Miami Beach Detective Vivian Hernandez said last week.

One of Sharper's lawyers disputed all the rape allegations last week at his hearing.

"It was all consensual contact with women who wanted to be in his company," Leonard Levine said.

Sharper played for the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints from 1997 through the 2010 season.

If i am not observed driving can i be charged with a DWI/DUI?

Justin Beiber DUI consequences that could lead to deportation

Justin's been having too much fun lately. He can have his entourage carry him around like a pharaoh, smoke enough pot to force his pilots to wear oxygen masks but he can't outrun the Federal Government if he's convicted of Driving While Intoxicated.

See, Beiber is a Canadian citizen and any crime considered a felony in Canada can prohibit individuals from entering Canada.  Likewise, Canadian's can not enter the United State's if they have certain criminal convictions too.

So, a DUI in Canada is Considered a Felony.  That being so, if he's convicted of DUI the U.S. INS may be asking him to go home to Canada.

These DUI/DWI convictions were a big problem during the Olympics held in Canada in 2010.  Many individuals with DWI/DUI convictions and anything else Canada deemed a felony in their country were refused entry.

So Beiber, I hope you have good lawyers.  You're going to need them.

Can my employer of a truck driveing job terminate my employment if I picked up a wet reckless conviction with a 5 year old prior

He's alredy been employing me with a prior dui and has been employing others to drive with dui,s for several years can he terminate me cause I got a wet reckless recently my license is valid and not getting suspended........?

It's likely the wet reckless is something that is interfering with insurance. Also since it's an intoxication crime your employer may have concerns about someone with alcohol convictions operating company vehicle. It can be a liability. I would advise you speak with an employment lawyer in your area just to make sure.

What do I do? Can somebody help me and point me in the right direction.

 I am in lots of pain, weakness and discomfort due to a medicine that was given to me in ER. I went in complaining of stomach pain. The Physician On duty didn't think this was an urgent matter. They gave me a medicine that made me worse and caused me 3x more issues. They didn't put it On my discharge papers. I had to ask about the medicine in detail On the next day. All of which is making me worse. It gave me more plus what I was already feeling.

I got a DUI, was ordered to pre-trial services and began substance abuse counseling. My BAC was 0.185, can I avoid jail?

Even though you have a high BAC that doesn't necessarily mean the state can prove you were intoxicated. There are lots of things that can be done to help you. Talk with you attorney about this and watch the video. Determine if there was a good enough reason for the stop and determine if there are any problems with the BAC testing.
