Even though you have a high BAC that doesn't necessarily mean the state
can prove you were intoxicated. There are lots of things that can be
done to help you.
Talk with you attorney about this and watch the video. Determine if
there was a good enough reason for the stop and determine if there are
any problems with the BAC testing.
